Grove after 30 days review







So recently a friend turned me onto the member's only website for sustainable and planet healthy household and family items. I mean, pure essential oils, toilet paper, and dish sponges at the same site? Come on I'm sold. In a span of a month, I have made three orders and I think it is fair enough to call me addicted. Here is an honest review of all the items I have bought since and my experience being a Grove member.


 Product: Mrs. Meyer's Laveder Hand Lotion  

Stars: 5/5

I love the smell of it and most important of all it's really nourishing. I sit mine by the sink to use after I wash my hands with Meyer's hand soap or do the dishes with the same brand's dish soap. I was a little disappointed they didn't do compassion flower int he hand lotion but this scent is the best compliment to it. 





 Product: Grove Mint and Argan lip balm


Stars: 5/5

I am not a big lip balm person, I prescribe to the idea they are just created to make our lips' drier but this balm really works and really hydrating. I know it comes from the argan and coconut oils but the mint is a nice little stimulating buzz to the lips as well.



 Product: Grove Seedling Paper Towels.


Stars: 4.8/5

A little more pricey than the paper towels I normally get but the free gifts and free shipping balance this out.  These are really absorbing towels. I have a few messes around the kitchen I was surprised I couldn't tell the diffrence in how these clad to the non-eco friendly brands 


Product: Mrs. Meyer's Compassion Flower Dish Soap

Not only am I addicted to this smell, this dish soap incredibly cleans up dishes.


 Product: Grove Bubble Up Soap Dispenser

This is pretty genius. I didn't think the mechanism in it would actually make bubbles and dispense but it does and the brush is very effective in cleaning tough stains and spots on dishes and plates. I don't leave soap and water in it cause it might attract fruit flies this time of year but still I'm very fond of it and fill it when doing dishes.

        I have noticed a difference in my skin using this. It's not as tingling as I expect a purifying cleanser but it has              balanced my skin out and my clogged pores are much cleaner, so mission accomplished. The smell is great.


  Product: Grove Glass reuseable spray bottle with glass cleaner cartridge

I love the idea of this, it's just a bit smaller than cleaner I am used to. The cleaner works well on new glass and mirror, not so well on my antique glass, leaves smudges, won't get dust off but it does seem to be least damaging to them.

                I love the smell and it lasts for at least 4 hours upon my testing! I enjoy my house all matching in smell.             




  Product: Grove hand cream in beragmot and orange

I'm growing to love the smell given I'm not a citrus person but this reminds me of l'occitane hand cream so much it's wonderful.



Product: Seventh Gen Laundry stain remover

There is some stains this is really good at getting out like ketchup, not so good at the sweat stains. till worth the purchase.


  Product: Grove porcelian dish with sponges and hand and dish soap bottles

This is purely based on aesthetic but this stuff is amazing and I love the essence of choosing your soaps.


 Product: Method toilet cleaner

                          We have hard water at home and let me tell you this is even better than the harsh                       chemical stuff my toilet is clean for atleast two weeks. I'm really amazed and will use nothing else.




   Product: Grove  Glass reuseable pray bottle with all purpose cleaner

Same as the other bottle I wish it was bigger but the all purpose cleaner is amazing and smells great.

  Product: Grove Blood orange hand sanitizer

A lovely fresh smell for keeping the hands clean. I keep mine by my desk. Never experienced the drying some hand sanitizers can do.


Product: Seventh Gen Laundry Fabric Sheets in Lavender

The smell of lavender doesn't stick to my clothes as much, but it does soften the fabrics well. I received a free sample from Geeration Good and since the this is the only laundry detergent I use!




  Product: Grove recycled trash bags


Rating: 4.9/5

The .1 point down is on account of the lettering on the bags still gets me but these are very durable and comparable to Hefty brand prices.





 Product: Mrs. Meyer's Pumpkin Spice All Purpose Spray

A very cinnamon smell that's not quite pumpkin but it cleans well and if  you are using BBW fall candles it will go well with.

 Product: Mrs. Meyer's Lavender travel hand sanitizer spray

Great smell for the hands and it's such a great thing to carry in your purse!






Final review of Grove Collab:

 I think their customer service is unparalleled, if your package ships even a little late they are willing to offer free gift or credit to compensate you. Which is just beyond kind. Mrs. Meyers Holiday Scents Review!

It's that time of year, to start to plan how your home will smell like Christmas. Being the eco and natural product lover I am I first turn to Mrs. Meyers. If you want that genuine pine or foresty smell Iowa Pine is where it is at. A rich forest smell, particularly welcomed if you use an artificial tree. It will fool the most discerning of house guests into thinking you have a real tree or balsam in the house. I don't usually suggest picking up the whole range in one scent but the candle and room spray are just amazing and long-lasting in this scent. If you need a mix up thin of getting the hand and dish soap in peppermint the two mix really well.  Most peppermints from other candle or cleaning companies is too artificial and confectionary.
